Jason Cranford Teague starts this course with a welcomed introduction to customizing Photoshop for you *the Web Designer*. Create your own workspace, customize the keyboard shortcuts and menu options, and set your gamma mode. Then, start the design process of creating a Website in Photoshop with a Mood board and work with wire frame content.

Class 2 Measure Twice, Cut Once: Setting Up Your Template



This class walks you through the steps of setting up your template. Create a new document, choose the page size, work with a wire frame, add guides, and finally save your template.

Class 3 Where the pixel hits the page- Designing Your Web Page

Now design your own web page. Jason will show you how you can create your own custom color palette and use System Color Picker. Master typography for the web, with elements including whether to use graphics or HTML, choosing the right fonts, creating vector shapes, and using the tools to draw and edit. Jason gives you solid advice on how to keep your work organized and shows you the final stages of creating your website in Photoshop.
